  4. All responsibilities related to products and transactions lie entirely with the relevant vendor.

3. User Accounts

  3. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using SHA.lk agree to:

  2. Handle delivery, shipping, and fulfillment
  3. Manage customer service, returns, exchanges, and refunds

SHA.lk is not responsible for any disputes between vendors and customers.

All product listings are created by vendors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of any product or listing.

If you encounter misleading or inappropriate product listings, you may report them to us for review.

6. Payments

Payments made on SHA.lk are processed directly between the customer and the vendor or via third-party payment gateways.

SHA.lk:

  1. Does not collect payments for vendors
  2. Is not responsible for payment failures or delays
  3. Does not issue refunds on behalf of vendors

Customers must contact the respective vendor for any payment-related issues.

7. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

All deliveries are handled solely by vendors.

Vendors are responsible for:

  1. Dispatching orders on time
  2. Ensuring safe packaging and delivery
  3. Handling lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

SHA.lk is not liable for any delivery-related issues.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Each vendor may have their own return or refund policy.

Customers must check vendor policies before placing orders.

SHA.lk does not mediate return or refund disputes.

All concerns must be resolved directly between customers and vendors.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to keep SHA.lk available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform updates, maintenance, or modifications without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors may NOT:

  1. Post illegal, harmful, or counterfeit products
  2. Engage in fraudulent transactions
  3. Misuse customer data
  4. Interfere with platform operations
